We had the most wonderful stay at these holiday cottages. the location was perfect, with so many attractions and places to visit nearby. the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, covered with beautiful white linen. We also enjoyed the use of the swimming pool, which was kept impeccably clean. the hosts provided us with all the basics we needed, including a delicious homemade cake. The bathroom in one of the cottages could use an upgrade.

The hosts were amazing, always there if needed but not intrusive, they made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed and a bath and shower. The on-site swimming pool was a big bonus, well-maintained and a great place to relax. The location was perfect, with easy access to Scarborough, Dalby Forest, and the North York Moors.
There were a few minor issues, such as a dusty top of the wardrobe and a weak shower in the bathroom. However, these didn't detract from our overall experience.

For the value we got, our stay at Cliff House was fantastic. The room in the Pear Loft was clean, bright, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of local attractions to explore. The hosts at Cliff House were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was if there were more variety in the food options.

I recently stayed at a charming holiday cottage and had a wonderful time. The location was fantastic, offering stunning sunrises and easy access to North Yorkshire Moors, Filey, Pickering, and Dalby Forest. The owners were incredibly welcoming, even leaving a delicious homemade cake in our cottage. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which we were able to enjoy every day. The hosts took great care to ensure the water was clean and comfortable. The on-site games room was a great addition and provided entertainment for both children and adults. The hosts also provided a ghost hunt activity for the kids, which they thoroughly enjoyed. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to visit again.

Had a perfect, peaceful and relaxing break in a clean and cosy cottage for two. The grounds were beautiful and the owners were very welcoming. The homemade cake waiting for us was a delightful touch. The heated swimming pool and games room were a great bonus. The location was fantastic, with great sunrises and convenient for visiting various attractions in the area. Walks straight from the cottages were a lovely way to explore the surroundings.
Wasn't anything I didn't like, but more lighting from the cottages to the pool area would have been preferred, as it got quite dark at certain times of the year. The shower was a bit weak, and while the bathroom was clean and functional, it could benefit from an upgrade.

There were low beams and restricted height in some rooms, which resulted in occasional head bumps.
